Benedict Harucki is a past president of the Hampton Roads chapter of the Virginia Association for the Deaf, by profession is a draftsman/CAD designer, and has taught ASL for decades to both children and adults, including for TNCC and the city of Hampton. RSA is excited to have this opportunity for our families to learn ASL and Deaf culture from a member of our local Deaf community.
