Liability Waiver info

All Families on-site at Renaissance School of the Arts for classes or a tour need to have a Liability Waiver on file.

You only need to complete this Waiver one time. If you are a returning member, or already filled out the waiver as part of Registration, or previously completed the waiver before an RSA tour, you do NOT need to submit the waiver again.
