We have reserved the Coleman meeting room at the Churchland Public Library for an indoor activity on Thursday June 29, instead of Park Day.

For parents we're doing a discussion on "How do You Homeschool?" Bring your encouraging stories of things that have gone well in your homeschool, advice for new homeschoolers, suggestions for things you wish you had done differently, questions about homeschooling, etc. so we can learn from each other.

For students, bring games or other quiet-ish indoor activities, and we'll have tables where they can hang out together; or children are welcome to sit with parents if they prefer. (Parents are responsible for supervising their children.)

Due to limited capacity in the meeting room, we strongly encourage pre-registering for this activity. If we reach capacity, we'll update that the event is closed; if no update is posted walk-ins will be welcome as space allows.

Location: Churchland Branch, Portsmouth Public Library, 4934 High Street West. Event time is 1:30-3:30 pm. We have access to the room from 12:30-4:30 for set up and clean up as needed.
